WMF or Viking?
My girlfriend loves to cook and may one day start a catering service. I want to get her started with the most professional cookware I can. The two highest recommendations I've heard have supported the German WMF and Viking, from Belgium. Which is the best choice and why?
It don't really matter, especially if she is just getting started. She will wear the cookware out in a few years and need new anyway. Worry about it then.
